The Readiness Center is a 38,600 sf facility for the New York State Army National Guard at Ft. Drum, NY. The facility is a two story steel frame building with metal stud/brick veneer exterior walls and a combination of low slope and sloped metal roofing. The building and site is designed to meet current antiterrorism/force protection measures including special windows, doors and frames and building to vehicle set back distances. Supporting construction includes electric service, water, sewer, and gas; walks, curbs/gutters; storm drainage.
