SAI completed the replacement of the roof on the existing heating plant (Building 29) along with correcting deficiencies to the building structure that required providing temporary scaffolding and stairways to access the roof area for roof replacement and the areas within the building structure not accessible from platform and stairways to effect the structural repairs.

A major element of the work was the removal of the existing boiler stacks that were no longer utilized. Each weighing 70,000 pounds a project specific rigging plan was developed to safely complete the work.
