project description

This project was the construction of a 17,500 sf Tactical Unmanned Arial Vehicle Maintenance Facility (TUAV) at Ft. Drum, NY. Supporting facilities include storm sewers, sanitary sewers, potable water and fire protection supply piping, sanitary wastewater pump station, electric service, fire protection and alarm systems, paving, security fencing and lighting, information systems, and site improvements. Heating will be provided by hot water from natural gas fired boilers. Site development includes grading, drainage, paving for parking and drives and fencing. The construction of the TUAV was of reinforced concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal building frame, exterior insulated metal wall panels, and standing seam metal roof.
