Project Description

As the prime contractor on this project Structural Associates (SAI) was responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project and was the single point of contact for the Government representatives. Contractor Quality Control was implemented on this project by SAI’s full time Quality Control Manager and a full time Safety Manager.

SAI executed a $33M project involving the design and construction of an Aviation Brigade Facility which includes a 150,000sf Blackhawk/Chinook Helicopter Aviation Hanger, a 14,500sf Vehicle Maintenance Facility, and five Organizational Storage Facilities totaling 22,800sf.
