Construction Management
As your Construction Manager and an agent to you the Owner, SAI will provide guidance through all aspects of the design and construction process. As an advocate for the Owner, SAI will coordinate both the design and construction elements of the project. The contracts with the project designer and individual trade contractors are held directly by the Owner.

Design Build
As a Design-Builder SAI is the single organization responsible to you the Owner for the development of the project design and construction of the project in accordance with the final design. SAI as the Design-Builder provides the Owner with the efficiency of a single source for both design and construction for your project.
With over 15 years of design-build experience SAI has developed an integrated approach to design-build and we believe it is a better way to build. Design-build project delivery is proven as a means to provide a superior quality project at reduced risk to the Owner while allowing for value engineering, enhanced time to project delivery while realizing significant cost savings to our Customer.
Our experience as a design-builder brings benefit of our ties with the Architectural-Engineering community, allowing SAI to draw upon the most appropriate and experienced design professionals for the project, further enhancing our value-added to the project Owner, much in the same way of the Master Builder from days past.
